We deliver to serviceable locations across India. Availability can depend on the address, courier coverage and the products in the order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary because of location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, logistics disruptions and other factors outside reasonable control.
Charges
Applicable shipping charges and COD charges are shown before order confirmation where the current checkout supports them. Do not rely on a shipping estimate until it is displayed in the order summary.
Tracking
Once dispatched, available tracking information is shared through the existing order system. If tracking is not yet available, Support can help with the order reference.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, contact Singaar House Support promptly. Where practical, retain photos, video and packaging for verification. Do not discard the order information.
Need a return?
Contact us on WhatsApp through Support on the same day your order is delivered. Returns and exchanges require approval before the product is sent back.
